WISHLIST: MY BIRTHDAY WISHLIST

HALLO everyone!!! Welcome to the month of August, the 8th month of the year! Can I get a drum roll pleeeeeaaaassseeee!!!

So, if you never knew, it’s my birthday month. August 6th to be precise. I’ve hardly ever had a birthday wishlist, that is, things I’d like to have as gifts for my birthday or things I’d like to get around or after my birthday time frame. Most of the items on this list are for blogging and photography purposes; all to give you great content and keep a smile on your face. Without much ado, let’s begin:

1. ‘HOW TO TALK TO ANYONE, ANYTIME, ANYWHERE-THE SECRETS OF GOOD COMMUNICATION’ BY LARRY KING

I am a sucker for books;  mostly ones that improve your skill, speech, writing or adds one type of value or another. So, while I was perusing through Instagram, I came across a video by the EbonyLife Tv crew (one of my dream jobs) and one of the presenters mentioned this book. I’ve been in search of it ever since. Please let me know if you have this book or have an idea how I can get it…and if you really love me, just get it for me 😉 so that when you start seeing me on CNN, I can say my readers contributed to my success.

2. CANON EOS 5D CAMERA

I believe in great communication. Pictures and videos are a great way to create vivid content to accompany any form of writing. Writing in itself, might not be enough to pass a message across. Besides, pictures are a great way to break from the grey matter of black, white, prints and letters.

So, in order to make communication effective, I’d like a Canon 5D camera. It’s not big na, seee, lol. I currently use a Fujifilm camera but you know, we got to step up 😉

A Canon will allow me have good aperture reset, control over shutter speed and allow me work my way around the ISO. If you don’t know what all these mean, just contact me, I’ll give you a very explanatory tutorial 😉

3. 11-INCH MACBOOK LAPTOP

I currently use a HP laptop (I don’t know the model sef) but it needs a younger sister. I’d probably name her Eva (Moryam, my friend, see what you’ve done to me).

Right now, I am not a fan of writing with pen and paper. I prefer to type. I also have a YouTube channel (awwwwwhhh, you didn’t know? Just click HERE and I need a good laptop to edit videos for your viewing pleasure. Yes, I can edit with a HP naaaa but sleep and death are two different things o. Joor, I need a Macbook!

4. RAYBAN VIBRANT ROUND METAL SHADES AND SOME NEW CUTE SHOES

I use recommended glasses for my myopic eye sight. However, I still love to look nice and trendy with whatever frames I’m wearing. So, these lovely RayBan glasses would be such a great delight if I can get them.

Also, if you know me personally, you’d know I LOVE shoes. Whattttt! With what am I going to majestically walk to the table God is setting for me in the presence of my enemies? With what am I going to walk into CNN and EbonyLife TV to anchor my shows?  WITH SHOES! My love for them inspired my series,  A SHOE WHORE’S REMINISCENCE

So, if you can get me shoes and some mad ass petite clothing, I’ll love you and pray for you. You must be a millionaire in this current national recession. Can I hear an AMEN???

Lest, I forget, I need some prayers too. They’re never enough xoxo
