A lot of people do not drink enough water, simply because they do not remember to. So, setting an alarm at regular intervals is a good way to remind you to drink water. You can set the alarm to remind you every hour or every two hours. That way, you never have to give the excuse that you didn’t remember to drink water.   1. Eat your water

The term, ‘eat your water’ simply means that you eat foods that are rich in water.
