The ADs Addict is a community I started to serve as a support system for black people in Advertising and Marketing to connect and learn from each other. Started in October of 2018, we have been able to help at least 10 members of the community land their dream jobs/internships at various capacities in the industry. Currently, we have 2,ooo+ members across Twitter, Instagram and a closed WhatsApp group.
